Sometimes life changes suddenly. Sometimes it unravels gradually. And sometimes nothing obvious has happened at all, but you realise you're not where you want to be and you're not sure what comes next.
You might be rebuilding after a period that turned life upside down, or you might not be able to point to one particular thing at all. Confidence can disappear. Relationships change. Routine is lost. Isolation grows. Plans fall apart. Sometimes the person you thought you were feels different too.
